Daniel is 15!

Daniel is officially 15. That's right, folks. This strapping young boy, who is 6'3" and growing faster every day, will be driving in one year!  For his "big" present, Mom and Dad sent him on a treasure hunt. We love treasure hunts. Roxy took her camera, and followed closely behind! The first clue proved to be the hardest:
"The KEY to a healthy life is BALANCE. Have you done the things to keep your life in balance today?"
How would you have done? Daniel eventually got it... and we were on our way!

The clues sent him looking under bridges...

For small pieces of paper...

Through parks and onto Main Street...

And finally to the high school where the present was locked up!

A bike! (For those bike lovers... its a Specialized Rockhopper with Dart 3 shocks! Nice, nice bike!!)

Dad was prepared for a nice ride home. Here's our favorite bicyclists...

After the fun treasure hunt and a delicious dinner, we had friends and family over for cake and ice cream. TASTY!!!

Happy Birthday, Daniel! Hope the day was great and the year even better! Love ya!

Well, the traveling never stops! The next adventure: ISRAEL!

Here's the plan: Roxy's company from Belgium is sending her to present at a seminar in Tel Aviv, Israel. Karen is going to come! So, it will be Girl's Night Out: Extended Cut during June!

Roxy's Home!

Well, I've made it back to America and boy does it feel good! There is something incredibly sweet about landing on American soil. I love this country! I landed in Philadelphia, then Vegas, and finally Salt Lake bright and early Thursday morning. My sweet family was there at the airport to greet me at 2:00 am. Poor guys... :) It was so great to come home! Jet lag has been non existent, which is fantastic!

My favorite part about being home? Well, besides seeing my family and eating Mexican food and laughing with my siblings and sleeping in my own bed and the large television and the freezer and the microwave and the toaster and the oven and the big speakers....

the big, huge trucks. :)
